ヘルプページのコマンドが間違ってます

このページのコマンド

mac用のコマンドが実行できません

多分だけど、mac用のコマンドと windows PowerShellのコマンドが逆？　怖くて実行してませんけど・・

ps 最初は上の方しか読んでなかったけど

ファイルまたはフォルダの「無視」の設定を解除する

の方も　windowsの項が二つあって変ですね・・
