上書き保存した文書が復元できない

仕事の続きをしようとしたら、保存されている文書が大幅に欠落していました。ウェブのＱＡを見て上書き保存する前の文書を出そうとしましたが、バージョン履歴でエラーが出てしまいました。ほかの文書を試しに上書き保存したところ、バージョン履歴で古い文書が出てきました。 　いま必要としている文書はもう復元することはできないのでしょうか。

先ほど書き忘れましたが、エラーコメントは下記のとおりです。

Error (400)

Something went wrong. Don't worry, your files are still safe and the Dropboxers have been notified. Check out our Help Center and forums for help, or head back to home.
