不適格について

友達を招待しましたが、「不適格」になります。どのようにすれば500MB増えますか？

社内の人をDropboxのお友達紹介リンクで招待しました。その後、デスクトップアプリをインストールしてもらい、メールアドレスの確認もしましたが、ステータスが「不適格」でボーナス容量は追加されていません。
何か対応が間違えているのでしょうか。
