共有ファイルを相手に送るには？

招待メールは出しましたが、共有ファイルを相手に送る方法がわかりません。 私は招待メールを相手からもらって共有ファイルが出来ましたが、同じ事をもう一人の相手に行う方法をご存じの方お教えて下さい。

Dropboxを通してデータを共有される場合は、共有フォルダまたは共有リンクをご活用いただけます。

共有フォルダでは、共有を受ける方がDropboxアカウントをお持ちいただく必要がございます。

共有リンクでは、共有相手はアカウントをお持ちいただかなくてもファイル・フォルダにアクセスいただけます。
