友達が承認されない

招待した友達が、インストールの待機中となったままで承認されません。 URLから登録し、アプリをインストールしてログインしているのにもかかわらず承認されません。 どうしたら承認されますか？

デスクトップアプリがインストールされていることを確認してください。 モバイルアプリは紹介にはカウントされません。

回答ありがとうございます。
Androidはいろいろしているうちになぜか承認されたようですが、iPhone使用者は登録し直したりしてくれましたが出来ず、デスクトップアプリはどうしたらダウンロード出来るのか分からない、と言われました。デスクトップアプリとは、PCで登録する、ということでしょうか？
