削除ログもないまま勝手に削除されてしまっています。

Dropbox アカウント内の多数のファイルとフォルダが、削除ログもなく、削除ファイル一覧にも表示されず、イベント履歴にも一切記録がないまま消失しています。

これは通常の削除ではなく、データ整合性の異常だと思われます。

・削除イベントなし
・削除ファイル一覧に出ない
・イベント履歴に記録なし
・古いファイルだけ大量に消えている
・容量不足ではない
・共有フォルダではない
・ブラウザでも同じ状態
・行政提出が必要な重要書類が含まれている
Basic プランのためサポートフォームにアクセスできず、すべて get_help にリダイレクトされてしまいます。

内部調査（internal investigation）を依頼したいです。
