年払いの2カ月間無料について

無料プランからDropbox PlusまたはDropbox Essentialsへ変更しようとして、年払いを選択すると「2カ月間無料（年間払いの場合）」と表示があります。
これについて
１．これは初年度が14か月になるということでしょうか。つまり、3/17に申し込んだ場合の、次回の更新日は来年の5/17になりますか。
2.この2カ月無料は初年度だけでしょうか
