所有者権限を移譲できない

https://help.dropbox.com/ja-jp/files-folders/share/owner こちらの記事を参考にして、[共有]から所有者権限を移譲しようとしても、 所有者であるか、マウスオーバーでバツボタンが配置されているかの２択で 下矢印の表示は存在せず、権限を移譲できず困っています。

通常の共有フォルダの所有権についてでよろしいでしょうか？

 

問題の原因を特定するために以下の手順をお試しください。

 

  1. ご利用のブラウザを最新バージョンへアップデートする。

  2. Safari、Mozilla Firefox、Chrome などの他のブラウザを使用する。

  3. ブラウザのキャッシュをクリアする。

  4. シークレット モードやプライベート ブラウジング モードで開く。詳しい手順は以下をご覧ください。

  5. ブラウザの設定をデフォルト設定に戻し、プラグインをすべて無効にする。お問い合わせいただいた問題は、セキュリティ設定やブラウザにインストールしたプラグインが原因である可能性があります。

 

問題が継続する場合は、表示の様子が確認できるスクリーンショットを投稿してください。
