招待メールについて

1名に招待メールを送ろうとしたところ、一日に招待できる上限に達しましたので24時間以降に送信ください、とメッセージされます。昨日から同様のエラーがでます。招待を送っているのは、前後含め1名のみです。エラー解消法を知りたいのでお願いいたします。
