更新できません。

ドロップボックスを開こうとすると、古いバージョンなので更新するようにとの案内が出て開けないので、更新ボタンを押すのですが、 「例外　不明なソフトウェア例外（0xe00f0003）がアプリケーションの0x74427FD2で発生しました。」 とのアプリケーションエラーが出て、その後 エラー2になってしまいます。 アンインストールして再びインストールしても、同じアプリケーションエラーが出て、その...

こんにちは！返信ありがとうございます。

 

dropboxをアンインストールし、dropboxフォルダを全て削除してインストールをやり直すところまでやってみましたが、同じ

「例外　不明なソフトウェア例外（0xe00f0003）がアプリケーションの0x74427FD2で発生しました。」

のアプリケーションエラーが出て、その後 エラー2になってしまいました。

 

もうどうしたらいいのか…。

一度オフラインインストーラを試してみてください。

オフラインインストーラはインストール中にインターネット接続を必要としないため、より確実にアプリをインストール出来ます。
