毎月引き落としされていますが詳細を確認できず解約できません

毎月1650円の身に覚えのない引き落としがあります。 コミュニティなど確認し、クレジットカード検索ツールでトランザクションIDや引き落とされているカードの情報（カード下4桁・有効期限）を入れてもヒットしません。詳細などお伝えした上で解約の手続きをお願いしたいのですが、方法をご教示ください。
