突然、PC版アプリが表示されず普通のフォルダ形式で表示されるようになってしまいました。

突然、PC版アプリが表示されず普通のフォルダ形式で表示されるようになってしまいました。 また、デスクトップアイコンから基本設定を確認すると「フォルダを開く」のコマンドがありません。 どのような対応が必要かご教示いただけますと幸甚です。

naka7 さん、こんにちは！

 

こちらでご案内している「フォルダを開く場所を選択」の部分については、2022/01/17 をもって、Windowsはエクスプローラーとタスクバー、MacではFinderとメニューバーのみのサポートへと変更しております。

そのため今後はDropbox デスクトップ アプリの設定で開くことができません。

現在は英語版での記事で上記内容をご案内しておりますが、日本語版での記事の内容変更に関しては引き続き対応中となっております。
