突然データが全削除、復元も一部のみ

先週、全てのデータが突然削除されていたようで、復元をしたが一部しかされず、削除したデータの復元では発見されず。どうしたらいいかわからない。

自分のプランがどれか分からず、消えたほとんどの写真が復元出来なくて困ってます、、、
