続行を押しても次に進めない

メールで送られてきたdropboxを開き、パスワードを入力して続行を押しても画面が切り替わらず、次に進めません。
何故でしょうか？教えていただきたいです、、

    ちなみにiphoneではパスワード入力すると次のページに進めてページを問題なく閲覧できるのですが、macbookだと開けないのです
    dropboxのアプリはダウンロードしてみましたが、よくわかりません
