編集者なのにプレビューのみになります

編集者の権限を与えられているにも拘わらず、ノートパッド（メモ帳）ファイルを開こうとすると プレビューしかできず、編集ができません。   同じフォルダにあるエクセルのファイルは編集可能です。   ノートパッドファイルは何か特別なのでしょうか？

該当のファイルをどちらから編集されようとしていますか。

ファイルの編集を行うには該当のファイルを編集をするアプリケーションが必要ですが、ご利用のデバイスにはそのアプリケーションがインストールされていますか。
