請求書

クレジットカードにドロップボックスからの請求書があり
12桁の文字を入力したら
知らないアドレスが表示されました。
これを解約するにはどうしたら良いですか？
解約の仕方がわかりません。

    身に覚えのない請求が発生してる場合、クレジット カード請求検索ツールにアクセスいただき、該当のアカウントをご確認ください。

    そのアカウントの加入プランをキャンセルするには、そのアカウントにログインいただきこちらの手順で加入プランをキャンセルいただきます。

     

    ご自身のアカウントの請求ではない場合、Dropbox サポートにお問い合わせください。

    「お支払いに関するサポートが必要な場合には ?」からサポートをリクエストください。
