通知が来るのにファイルが見つかりません

通知が来るのにファイルがフォルダ内に表示されません。

通知からファイルにアクセスできるのですが、Webにもフォルダにも表示されません。

通知も、メールに通知が来ていたのですがメールにも来なくなり、バナーアイコンの通知からしかファイルにアクセスできません。

    通知が来るとのことですが、誰かからファイルを共有されたという通知が来るということですか？

     

    確実に共有されているファイルであれば共有済み ページに表示されるはずです。

    まずはアカウントにそのファイル・フォルダが追加されているか確認してみてください。
