desktop.ini が文字化け

いつ頃からのバージョンから Dropboxフォルダ、シェアフォルダ内の フォルダのアイコンを書き換える隠しファイル、desktop.ini が文字化けします。 （そのため、アイコンがデフォルトのままになる） 手動で書き換えても、再起動でもとに戻ってします。
