Dropbox上のフォルダを複合機のスキャン先として設定したい

Windows上のDropboxフォルダをネットワーク共有し、複合機のスキャンデータをSMBでパソコンを経由してDropbox上にアップしたいと考えています。 この際、複数台のパソコンで同じフォルダを別々にネットワーク共有した場合やネットワーク共有したことによる技術的な影響等ありましたら教えていただきたいです。

複合機の件は抜きとして、DropBox内のフォルダをWindows側の機能でフォルダのネットワーク共有をかけることには問題はないでしょうか？
