Dropbox デスクトップアプリで追加したファイルの同期アップロードが遅い

PCからファイル（PDF）をドロップボックスのアプリを利用して アップロードしてますが、異様に遅いです。 設定で速度調整やLANなどすべてドロップヘルプで見て対応いたしましたが、解決できず。 ご存じの方教えてください。

パソコン上に同期するファイル件数を30万件以上に設定されてませんか？ファイルの数が 30 万件前後だと、Dropbox デスクトップアプリのパフォーマンスが低下し始めます。

選択型同期で同期するファイルの数を絞るようにしてください。

遅い状態が続く場合は、また教えてください。
