iphoneで写真アプリからdropboxに保存してもjpegに変換されなくなりました

先週までできていたのにできなくなりました。   iphone12pro 写真アプリから写真を選択 dropboxに保存   heicのまま！！

iPhoneに元々付帯されている写真アプリを開いて、該当の写真を選択、Dropboxアカウントへ保管する際のファイル形式の転換についてですが、Dropbox ではDropbox 以外のアプリケーションまたはサービスに関するサポートの提供は行っておりません。

そのため、その写真アプリを提供している企業様・部門へ直接お問い合わせしてみてください。

 

またDropboxモバイルアプリを開いて、こちらの手順から写真をアップロードする際にファイル形式の変更が可能かご確認ください。
