jpg画像が見られない

サムネイルには小さな画像が見えていますが、クリックするとエラーになり見ることができません。 最近、自分のパソコンではなく、データーバンクに保存して、それを読み取る方法にしました。関係あるのでしょうか。 よろしくお願いします。

パソコンのローカルにあるファイルを開こうとするとエラーが出るということでしょうか。

ファイルのダウンロードができていないか、読み取りに失敗している可能性がありますが、ファイルを右クリック＞「ローカル」に変更してみるとどうでしょうか？
