officeのipad版アプリでのストレージ追加が失敗する

こんばんは、 officeモバイルアプリでストレージの追加からdropboxを選択して追加しているのですが何度やってみてもストレージ欄に表示されずに失敗してしまいます、どうしてでしょうか？
