    Dropboxフォルダに保管されているファイルのサムネイルの表示については弊社のエンジニアリング チームもすでに把握しており、以下に最新情報を提供させていただきます。

     

    弊社エンジニア チームによる調査の結果、この問題はマシンにインストールされたサードパーティー ソフトウェアと、このソフトウェアが Dropbox 内のファイルのプレビューを生成する方法に関連しているようです。


    ファイルを［ローカル］から［オンラインのみ］に変更しても、プレビューは利用可能です。ファイルのサムネイル プレビューを表示するには：

    1. ファイルを選択します。
    2.  コンテキスト メニュー内で右クリックし、［オンラインのみ］を選択します。
