支払い情報を年間から月間に変更したい

現在、plusを使用しており年間で支払いをしていますが、月間に変更したいです。 既に年間請求をされていますが月間に変更することは可能でしょうか。

Yun_ さん、こんにちは！

 

Plusプランで請求サイクルを変更するには、アカウント設定ページの［お支払い］タブにアクセスしてください。

Dropbox プランを月間プランから年間プランにいつでも変更することができます。

 

新しい年間プランは次のプラン更新日から始まり、それ以降は年間払いとなります。

 

モバイルアプリから開始したプランの場合

 

この場合はDropbox アプリまたはご利用の iOS デバイスで変更する必要があります。

 

  1. Dropbox アプリで［アカウント］をタップします。
  2. ［お支払い期間］をタップします。
  3. ［月間払い］または［年間払い］を選択します。

 

現在の請求サイクルが終了すると、新しいお支払い期間が適用されます。
