Word for the webでドキュメントにアクセスすると永遠とリダイレクトされる

Word for the web、Excel for the webでドキュメントにアクセスすると永遠とリダイレクトされてしまい、ファイルが開けません。

解決方法をご存じの方がもしいらっしゃいましたら、ご教示いただけますと幸いです。

 

環境は、下記になります。

 

　＜環境＞
　- macOS Mojave（10.14.6）
　- Safari（13.0.5）
　- Dropbox（94.4.384）
　- Flash（32.0.0.344）

　- ウイルス対策アプリケーションなし

　- ファイアーウォール（Dropbox からのアクセス許可）

 

 

ちなみに Chrome では正常にファイルを開くことが出来ます。
