Downloading document as PDF from DocSend

Our team is a bit annoyed that they can't seem to download signed documents from DocSend in PDF format; they always come as .zip files with certificates.   Is there any way to toggle an option to...

Can you please let us know some additional information so that we can assist further?

 

Is your team using individual accounts or a team one? Also, are the users the senders of the signed documents or the receivers? 

 

Where do you navigate exactly to download your signed documents from DocSend?
