When it comes to the discontinuation of the Send and track feature, note that the usage of its hub is low, and removing it (similarly with the Dropbox Vault) allows us to narrow our focus on building other features and experiences to help you do your best work.
That said, I understand where you’re coming from and I’ll make sure to pass your comments on to the team as well.

That is because it is a substandard product. The most telling example is that you cannot update a document after sending the link.
