Collect signatures in person via mobile device

I have a Dropbox Sign Plan and would like the ability to collect a signature of a client in person via my phone or tablet (preferrably if my device is off line).  This was possible via AdobeSign.  Do...

The documentation says this is is only available via a template.  Can this setting be applied to Documents in which a signature has been requested?
