Getting many signatures

I want to create a template that needs to be signed individually by many people. Is there a way to do this other than sending the template individually to each person? Is bulk sending what can be used for this instance?

  • Hey mbravo, thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to our Community!

You should be able to send signature requests in bulk by following these steps

Once I create a template and share with hundreds of users. Is it possible that once it is signed it returns named including their information? So instead of having 500 documents all named the same with the time it was signed Ex. "Document Template Mon, 14 Nov 2022 10h48m14s.pdf" it would return as "Document Template Signer Name".

It may help, but I don't know what the format would be to export a Text field out to the File Name. Walter
