Dropbox Sign Template plus second document

I have a template document in Dropbox Sign with a single role and multiple fields already integrated from Sender and the one client role simply being sign and date.

This works fine by itself.

What fails is when I add a second document to be included as an appendix (changes per client type) after the template on the Select documents to sign screen. Both documents are shown with the first one using the template icon and the second a regular doc icon.

Putting in the recipient is the same, but when I select next instead of asking me the Sender field information for Review and Send the document opens up with all the Sender fields showing up as gray with Unavailable pop out highlights instead of letting me enter the fields to be merged.

Help.

Hi lizisallbiz, thanks for posting today!

Can you clarify if you follow these steps on dropboxsign.com or from the signature hub via dropbox.com?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
