Hello: Any update on this? Or is there a way to talk with a sales person to get information? Seems like a strange way to get customers when you can't get answers on the offerings. Thank you for you help.

Hey Othername! Apologies for any delays.
So, from what the team has confirmed, Dropbox Storage plans donât come with any eID features, nor any features for sending signature requests via SMS.
The eID feature is a feature that only users on the Dropbox Sign Premium or Dropbox Sign Premium API plan can purchase an add-on for. You need to purchase it from the Sales team (users on Dropbox storage plans donât have that feature, and users on any Dropbox bundle plans can't purchase it at all, as their bundle will prevent them from doing so).
