I can't log in to Dropbox 'Two-step verification text message can't be sent'
I am facing the 2 factor authentication by SMS error. The text code could not be sent. Not sure what happened. Yesterday I was still able to receive the code via sms and access normally but can't now and there is no other option to verify because i can't now access the account setting
Could anyone please kindly provide me the recommendation? or Is this just the dropbox system error that we need to wait?

Hi Chachchol, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
Keep me updated with any progress!

Please help! I have the same problem! I've asked support via email no answers yet. Because I can't access my upgraded account I don't have chat support. I use dropbox for work and this is simply crazy!

I've wrote the same issues on the wall.

Hey Megan for unknown reasons after trying from every phones and browsers i had from my hands on. I was able to login from crome browser on my phone (just in one window the authentication worked). It worked when i tried to log to the community from there I went to my profile and change the two ways authentication... Doing that now I can access my work profile...

I'm facing the same issue. The following message is displayed when trying to log-in:
"Two-step verification text message can't be sent". I'm now writing through another DropBox Account without 2F verification, but I need to access my DropBox. How can I do? I cannot even use the BackUp Codes. Thank You for You help. - Caroncini613 days agoHelpful | Level 5
