Error on Two step authentication. Two-step verification text message couldn't be sent.

Hi, really needing support , been using Dropbox for year and so does my team, we have been getting this error below all day when trying to log in - Two-step verification text message couldn't be sent. <a href="/help/364">Help</a>

 

Can anyone help me or who can I get help with urgently , i have raised a ticket on this too

    As a way of getting in use one of the emergency backup codes you had while setting up the account. 

     

    All tickets are trackable at www.dropbox.com/support and can take a few working days for replies.

    I have this problem also on multiple devices with correct login details

    Has your user been in touch with our support team, by any chance? If yes, can you please share their ticket number here? 

     

    Also, when did they start having this issue on their Dropbox account? Is this happening for multiple individuals or just this one person?
