Error on Two step authentication. Two-step verification text message couldn't be sent.

Hi, really needing support , been using Dropbox for year and so does my team, we have been getting this error below all day when trying to log in - Two-step verification text message couldn't be sent...

I have this problem also on multiple devices with correct login details
