We need to be able to add a custom disclaimer to the sharing email when we share a document/folder via direct share or a link.

Y'all are getting stuck in my Quarantine. Apologies for the delay.

This disclaimer needs to be on all shares - basically the same as our email confidentiality notice... And needs to be set at the Admin level so users can not change it.

    CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE:
This email, along with any attached files and shared files by link access, is confidential and intended for the exclusive use of the individual to whom it is directed.  etc. etc. etc...

Hi CraigRy, thanks for messaging the Community.

Could you let us know more information about this suggestion?

What kind of custom disclaimer are you looking for? Currently, when sharing a file or folder, you can add a note to the share itself which users will see in their email.

This will help me to assist further!
