Can I choose to see the file name and path of Dropbox photos that I've uploaded to my Paper doc?

I would like to be able to see the file name of a photo file that I have added to Dropbox Paper, and ideally also to track a thumbnail back to the Dropbox folder where the original photo file is stored.

This feature would ease our workflow considerably when collaboratively selecting photo material from different Dropbox folders for a future publication.
