"Make available offline" for multiple items

I have a request for your iOS app. From the right side ... menu items, I wish "Make available offline" was higher up the list. I use this often and I always have to screen to get to the item and click the item to make the file offline. It would be even better if "Make available offline" was one of the choices when I can select multiply files at once. Right now there is only "Save to device" but that's not what I want.
