8 months agoHello Ree H! I'm an engineer that works on audio/video playback. Thanks for the feedback. I've replaced the playback speed selector with a slider, so you can pick any speed from 0.5x to 3x in 0.1x increments.

Hi Harry! Since I came across your comment, I just can’t help myself (I did not come here with this question, but maybe it’ll give you a laugh!)
I’m going to go ahead and guess there’s no chance you can provide an analog pitch/speed style control vs the ‘retain original pitch’ time-stretching algorithm currently implemented, is there? lol
I know I much prefer my audio to drop or rise in pitch when using speed controls (like tape/vinyl/…and samplers…) but…
…ok, ok, fine! I get it! Forget I mentioned it! (I’m used to the 3 step process it takes me to download, export/import, and alter speed in AUM at this point, but the desire still pangs me daily while I’m playing back the day’s sessions via the Dropbox App! But, I have accepted that I am to be forever saddened by this…)
: )
