I love the option to save screenshots into Dropbox. Unfortunately if you enable it, you have to choose between:

copy image
within the "When screenshot is ready" dropdown.

We're evaluating a number of enhancements to our screenshot backup feature, and I've shared this with the team for consideration. We'll keep you posted on any plans to implement this -- stay tuned!
