Tab of external users and folders they have access to in Admin Console
Running into the Issue of how do we manage multiple external users. managing external collaborators is a manual nightmare, requiring us to check each shared folder individually or parse unwieldy CSVs from External Sharing reports
its driving us crazy

Gonna pop in here to give my take on a similar pain point. Right now, in the admin console, if you head to the Content section, there's a tab called "Member access" where you can see each of your team members, and every folder in your Team Folder they can access. It would be very helpful to have a similar view for non-team members who also have access to your folders/files in your Team Folder. That way, you could manage access for all of the content they have access to in one place.

Going to pile on here to say that better controls over previously shared files are desperately needed in the Admin Console. It's difficult to manage in bulk what has been shared (either via link or via direct sharing). Especially now that subfolders can be shared with different permissions, the only way to remove people from direct sharing is to go to the manage access window for every single sub-folder involved.

we throw users into groups based on what the folder contents are and we cannot throw external users without making them members. Nor do we have a feature anywhere to track which folders they have access to etc just we have a activity log and when u have over 100 users its hard to navigate through and find what u need. It should just be a tab of external users and what folders they have access to

Hey count, thanks for posting here today!
Can you describe your current workflow when managing external users?
If you could also walk me through the process you follow when trying to identify external collaborators across folders, that'd be great.
I'd love to know the kind of user list that you're envisioning, and the information you'd like for it to include.
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
