Include timestamps when downloading transcript / Language

Love the auto transcription feature, works super well. When you download the "Plain text" version of the transcript however, there are no time stamps. It would be nice to have a fourth download option, something that has time stamps and a bit more formatting like bolded names, speaker diarization,... something that makes it easier to then script from.
Also we find we often have some interviews from different countries and I know the Whisper models support translation. Another nice to have / offer, support for multiple languages and then have those transcribed into English. Thanks!
