Re: iPadのファイルアプリからDropboxファイルにアクセスしようとすると「ヘルパーアプリケーションと通信できません」と表示されファイルを開くことができません

ドロップボックス上でZIPファイル圧縮をしたいのですが、「ヘルパーアプリケーションと通信できませんでした」と表示されてしまいできません。

iPad を使っております。
