While the app on my Iphone says that camera uploads are completed, I can not find them on the website/ my storage. Only till February 2022.

 

How can I fix this? I just changed to family, because my daughter wants to upload the photo's on her phone so she can delete them on her phone and create some storage space.

 

Please help

Hey @Annemieke1, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Have you by any chance tried toggling off the camera uploads feature from the mobile app and then back on?

 

Also, are you able to manually upload the files that are missing via the (+) button?
