Delete, edit, and organize
Solve issues with deleting, editing, and organizing files and folders in your Dropbox account with support from the Dropbox Community.
Hey @obesechess, thanks for joining our Community and sorry to hear about your missing file.
To directly get to the chase, deleted files or folders can be restored within a certain window of time, depending on your Dropbox plan while permanently deleted files and folders can’t be restored.
Also, note that even if you upgrade your account now, you won't be able to restore files that were deleted outside of your account's version history. The upgrade and new version history will start from the time you upgrade and won't work retroactively.
That said, do you see any sign of your missing file in your events page?
Keep me posted!

You should be able to navigate to your events page from any web browser on any device @obesechess
If you're having issues with loading the page though, you can try another browser or requesting the desktop version of the site.
