I permanently deleted some videos and pictures from my dropbox. I’m trying to figure out how to recover them. There’s no way I could get some type of customer service with dropbox please if anybody had similar issue I really appreciate the help. Also from some of the research I did I find out even if you permanently delete it dropbox holds it for a month again if anybody had this issue I really appreciate the help.

I'm afraid that you won't be able to restore any permanently deleted files from your account since, as the relevant article outlines, if you permanently delete a file or folder, you can't recover it later.
Do you have any old devices, that you can use in order to retrieve the files from there?
