503 error on uploading file throw API

Trying to upload file about 40Mb with this scropt https://github.com/andreafabrizi/Dropbox-Uploader but result is:

content-type: text/plain

upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: remote reset

For small files everything work fine
