Getting error in parameter characters

I am getting error related to Dropbox authentication when I'm trying to authenticate from salesforce named credentials.

The error is-

Error (400)

Wow... Does salesfoce originate from Dropbox and do Dropbox developers take care for it and all plugins? 🧐🤷
