The text in your post appears to be from the "Permissions" tab of the app configuration page on the App Console.
I'll be happy to help with any questions or issues you have regarding the Dropbox API, but I'll need some more information. Please reply with:
I'm using the latest version of Dropbox 173.4.6706.
To try to solve this error I created a new account and it did not work either, because the same error appears.
The error is generated when creating a new application from the navigator in https://www.dropbox.com/developers/apps there I create new app I select Scoped access, I select App folder and I give it a name and when I go to the permissions is when I get the error mentioned above.
I have searched for information online but I do not understand what I should do to solve this error.
thank you very much for your help
That text is expected to be shown on the https://www.dropbox.com/developers/apps/info/<APPKEY>#permissions page; it is not an error in response to something you're doing. It's an informational warning indicating that a certain combination of functionality is not supported, and that OpenID scopes need to be requested explicitly if the app needs them.
Apps with the "app folder" access type can't use team scopes anyway, so if you've registered your app with the "app folder" access type you can't use "team scopes" anyway, so that particular combination of features wouldn't apply to you to begin with, so you can ignore that.
If there's some API functionality that you're trying to use and isn't working for you, please share the details so we can help.
