"client_modified" was not updated after upload

If the file contents are identical, this is the expected behavior. When the old and new file contents are exactly the same, Dropbox doesn't consider it a change and so no new metadata is written. We'll consider it a feature request for the ability to change the client_modified without changing the file data, but I can't promise if/when that might be implemented.
